All of our putters are built to order. We aim to ship out all putters in 2-4 weeks after you've placed your order, though they can ship out sooner.

We will send you an email with tracking information once the putter is shipped.

Our putters come with a one year warranty against defects in material or workmanship. To make a warranty claim please contact us at info@oaklandputters.com.

Our putters can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are in "like new" condition.
